Our founaer Yüksel Tezcan is one of the most well-known senior industrialists of the Miller's trade sector. He has carried on the tradition of the Miller's trading coming from his family with the flour factories he has founded in Eğirdir and Akşehir: with the activation of the flour factory in ızmir Bornova in capacity of 150 tons/day in the year 1991, he has started his service in the Aegean Region. With his innovative nature, in order to step up with the rapidly developing technologyand go to capacity increase, he has opened his factory with capacity of 700 tons/day in izmirMenemen in the year 1999 to service.
TEZCAN UN, being one of the exceptional flour factories of Turkey and the Aegean Region having advanced technology and capacity, is one of the rare institutions which grows in its sector with its own net capital and adds dynamism to Turkish economy.
